You'll represent our company at home shows, state fairs, festivals, community events, and other local expos, helping homeowners take the first step toward improving their homes.

What You'll Do

• Represent Windows Direct USA & Baths Direct USA at local events, home shows, fairs, and festivals.

• Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner.

• Schedule homeowners for a FREE in-home estimate with one of our Home Improvement Specialists.

• Help create a welcoming, energetic booth experience.

• Meet and exceed appointment goals while delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work weekends as needed.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code while representing the brand at events.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00 per hour

• Generous bonus structure

• Average earnings of $1,000+ per week
