Responsibilities

  • Data Entry with high accuracy
  • Interact with customers over the phone, email, or online chat in a professional positive manner
  • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer Service & de-escalate conflicts should they arise
  • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
  • Weekly reports
  • Keep customer data secure
  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date
  • Being pro-active and working with a team is a must
