Cassandra started in a family restaurant at the age of 8. In 2019 she moved to Cincinnati from northern Indiana and joined the Windows Direct USA family as an Inside Sales Representative. Over the past year Cassandra helped drive initiatives to change the course of the business. In 2020 she was promoted to the Call Center & CRM Manager.
