I really appreciate the manners & experience level of my two man team (Brad & Brayden) and were I to utilize Windows Direct again, I would insist that they be my installers for all future projects.....It was a pleasure having them work in my home!

The job was great putting new windows in and hauling away the old windows and cleaning up afterwards, Brad Thompson was our installer along with Tracy, couldn't ask for a better job. Would use them again.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! The product is exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable cost. My salesman, Austin, was thorough and patient answering all my questions. The install crew, Kyle, Oliver and Joe were the best…professional, pleasant, efficient and really know their stuff! Thanks My Last Bath for checking another project off my to do list without me having to be stressed!
