Had a front door & frame plus one large picture window replaced.. The door is beautiful; the window was a standard picture window replacement. The sales rep was very pleasant & helpful in deciding what we needed. The installer was great; friendly, did a beautiful job and left no mess. The cost was also reasonable. We are very happy and definitely recommend Windows Direct.
