Our order of custom 13 windows and an entry door took some time, but thanks to your office staff for recognizing and getting our order through the system. We can't be more pleased with them. The installation was meticulously crafted by Tony and Austin. They removed 1 window and replaced it with a new entry door. A small window was replaced with a larger one; both were construction projects. In 2 days, they transformed our home, and the results were felt immediately. Thanks, Chris, for making it right, and to all those behind the scenes who made it possible.

Service after the sale
I purchased 16 new windows for my 100+ year old home in June 2024. Everything was very professional, & all done in 2 days. In late December 2025 I noticed 1 had a crack. The new replacement was ordered immediately, & replaced today Rick. He was also very professional as well. This company has been wonderful to deal with during the sale, install, & service after. Thanks again guys.
Excellent service
My installers for my walk-in shower were Cliff and Bob. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They had to work under extremely bad weather conditions but still got the job done keeping me informed at every step along the way. I would highly recommend them.
