We placed an order with windows direct on September 18, 2025. This order was for window replacement for our home. We put down half of the full amount at time of contract. We have not heard from this company. Upon trying to contact them, the company spokesman says someone will call within a few days. Never a call back. I understand delays but this is ridiculous. I have lost faith in this company. Use caution when dealing with them. This is dishonest and disheartening.

Yesterday, Frankie Carey Franke came to our home and gave us a presentation of Windows direct product. This presentation was very professional with all the information that I needed to make a decision. The quality of the Windows is outstanding and we made the choice of selecting Windows direct to do the installation. We are extremely happy that we made this decision. Frankie Carey came to our house to present his window product. It was the most wonderful experience that we’ve had in a while.. Frankie was not high pressured salesman, which we really appreciated.
