Great all around performance
First off, I must say that our salesman Brandon Griesinger was stellar. He showed me using product the answer to all my questions. This was a huge part of me making the decision to go with Windows Direct. Then the installation team was even better! They quality of their work was outstanding. The fit and finish of the trim work on the exterior is what really set them apart in my honest opinion. Lastly is the warranty. I hope I never need to use it, and I hope they stand behind it, but only time will tell in that area. Thanks again to all the employees that step foot on my project!
