Excellent communication leading up to my install. Installers were professional and polite. Cleaned up debris both inside and outside, cleaned the windows after install, and vacuumed and wiped off surfaces close to the install. I appreciate the respect they showed for my home. I love my windows and I am so happy I made the investment with Windows Direct USA.
