The Sale
I met them at Cincinnati's Home and Garden show and asked my questions to compare folks there. They were nice and not pushy on the sale. Frankie met me at my house to go over the windows and was very honest with me on why certain windows did not need replaced like I thought. Instead he listened to my problem and took a look at another window and explained why it would be better to do. He explained how there window compared to others and also gave me clues into why the windows I have are failing (previous bad DYI). Next up we wait for the install.
